Once cameraphobic, Dr. Melanie Falvey transformed her journey into a mission to empower leaders, experts, and coaches to build lasting legacies and become magnetic communicators. As the founder of Expert Channel TV, a global media platform, and creator of the Magnetic Speaker framework, she helps high-impact individuals elevate their visibility, authority, and influence through public speaking and media. Known for her unique approach to confidence-building, Dr. Falvey specialises in video confidence coaching and brand authority, guiding her clients to stand out, host their own shows, and create meaningful connections with audiences worldwide.

In addition to Expert Channel TV, she is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Movers&Shakers Magazine, a platform that showcases the stories of influential leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. She serves as the President of the Media and Events Council in Spain with the Global Chamber of Commerce and Industry and leads the Spain and LATAM chapter of #WomenPower, a global movement empowering women from diverse backgrounds to become leaders in their own right.
